Death March

There is a time for dancing as the Death March comes to a close. Parties are a natural way to relieve the sort of tension that goes with living inside a space of dread. I have a very big problem that I hope you can help me with. I've been married to my husband, Andy for 10 years. We had a wonderful relationship and two daughters, ages 9 and 7. Andy and I were best friends and always got along really well. We bought a house and after we moved, Andy took a job with an insurance company. He has never worked for an insurance company before. After working for this company for just two months, I noticed some changes in him. He started to ignore me and our daughters and all he ever talked about was his company. He said the same things about the company over and over as though he was reading a script. He began to move up in the company through different levels of "management". After a few more months, he began staying out later and later, drinking alcohol (he never drank before), and eventually began dating other women. All the while, he kept repeating how great he is and how much power he has and how the company has changed his life. In January, he told me that he was "never meant to be married to anyone" and he packed his bags and moved out. He has turned into a person that I don't know. He was a devoted and wonderful father who no longer cares about his daughters. He was the best husband in the world and he doesn't even remember a lot of things about our marriage anymore. He works 14-16 hours a day and all he cares about is the company. Mostly everyone who works at this company ends up leaving their families. The company accounts for all of his time, 7 days a week and he has no freedom at all. It seems more like a cult to me than a job and the man I know, would never, ever, ever have walked out on his kids. I am positive that he has been brainwashed by this company. His entire life has been erased and replaced with a new one. His only friends now are the co-workers at this company. He no longer does any of the things that he used to enjoy. I love him more than anything and I feel like the man I married has died. How can I help him? How can I fix this mind control that he his under? I feel like he needs to be rescued and I don't know what to do? I am open to any advice that you can offer me. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any help you can give me.
