Throw your phone away

It's for the best. Why encourage a device that is intended to harass and bother you. Do you want to give the voices in your head an opportunity to justify theirs existence? The phone is the problem and the place to start by getting rid of.

Get used to saying no. You're not a dollar bill to be liked by everyone.

Eddie! I've been trying to call you all day. Did you do something to your phone? What time will you be home for dinner?

Simmering Wiltflower
The simmering thrives on the boiling water of the Simmering River. The
brown flower thrives on the shoreline of the near-boiling water of the
channel, and has a wilted appearance - hence the name. At the base of the
river where it empties into the Jerlea Bay, the plant is sparse. Further
upstream in the Hellfurnace Mountains it exists in abundance, and seems
unaffected by the constant ash that infests the area.
